Re-installing the JustRace Taskbar Client - A Guide for Users

    Who is this for?
    The JustRace client self updates but if you are having problems then maybe a full re-install is needed.

    Uninstalling the client
    1. On windows start menu type "Add" and then select "Add or remove programs" from the menu

    2. In the screen that appears enter "just" to filter the list, Click the "Justrace Client Taskbar" option and select "Uninstall"

    3. Follow the on screen prompts to remove the program
    4. Reboot your PC
    5. After rebooting make sure there is NO red helmet icon on the task tray.

    6. If the icon DOES still exist the go back to step 1 and try again.
    Re-installing the client
    1. Download the latest version of the client from here:
      https://amsunofficial.justrace.net/AppTools
    2. Run the installer.
    3. After it is complete the client should automatically start. Look for the red helmet icon on your task tray. If it is present this confirms the client is installed and running.

    4. You can also visit the portal and check the status icon is blue
