Port 9001 not working?

Hi,
I have a dedicated server running a couple of RaceRoom Servers. Not on my gaming machine.
I have installed JustRace Server Manager to try and simplify the setup of the server. When opening the program it goes through the motion of checking everything as required.
However, it fails on the following:
Address 41.164.xx.xx:9001 is not reachable! You might need to open this port in your firewall and check port forwarding.
OK, this info is not correct, because the port is open and forwarded to the server as per the instructions and videos on how to setup your server.
A quick test on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ shows the port is working and accessible:
Port 9001 is open on 41.164.xx.xx.
Next step is open a web browser and type http://41.164.xx.xx:9001 which open a web page with the words "Justrace Server Manager". So port is open?
Next step I tried was to open the JustRace website login and try and create a server. Click on Servers, select RaceRoom and start to create a server.
The following not working:
Choose community
Choose Season
Season Event
All gives me "None". Not sure if it should or not.
Still busy completing all the required items for my server and then the next moment getting the following error:


OK, what am I doing wrong? Please help.

If I say OK and carry-on with the creation and I click on Schedule Server I get the following error:

Under "Choose a Community" I still only get "None" to select.
